A while back i realized that my xbox live account was associated with someone elses epic games account. Yes if you go on the connected accounts page on the epic website you can unlink accounts simply by pressing disconnect on the account you no longer want linked.

So i just made an origin account and was happy so i could use battlelog but when i was making my account and tried to link my xbox live.

Your progress is stored on the epic games account so unlinking your console accounts will mean you can no longer access the data on that epic account from your consoles until you re link the console id. This is as of march 26 2018. Also if i add my epic account to my new profile will i loose the battle pass that is associated with the new xbox live account.

If you create a fortnite account and link it to your ps4 it will not allow you to log in on any other platform besides pc. This is not news to xbox players who have tried something similar with a ps4 account but with many ps4 players trying! to play their current fortnite account on the go with switch ! its maddening.
